Our ONCALL service provides residential care teams and partner organisations with access to experienced leadership and clinical guidance outside of business hours.

We know that young people often need support at unpredictable times. Our on-call roster ensures that staff are never left without expert backup when it matters most.

For emergencies, we coordinate with statutory services and local supports. For everything else, we provide calm, practical advice that keeps teams safe and young people supported.
