Our flagship service

Youth Residential Care

A home, not a facility

Safe, stable, and family-like.

Progressive Youth Care provides youth residential care for children and young people aged 12–18 who are in the care of the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services.

Our homes are not institutional facilities. We aim to create a real home environment where young people can build trust, regulate emotions, and develop the life skills they need to transition to independence or family reunification.

Every home is supported by a dedicated team of qualified residential care workers and led by experienced social workers who ensure clinical oversight and trauma-informed practice.
